Why "Just getting started"?
I want to start my own vegan baking business. I've been vegan for 3 and a bit years, and I want this to be my next step forward. Vegan Cakes, cookies, cupcakes, pastries, scones, brownies, flapjacks. You name it, I want to make it. I want to start by home- or office-delivering parcels to any customers within London for a low price (probably free delivery with a certain purchase, need to work this out), and then move on to posting.
so, here's my plan:
1st July 2009 - Move into my new flat
5th July - finish moving in!
August - apply to Lewisham council for whatever type of clearance I need for distance-selling.
First - I need to learn how to make pastries. Croissants, here I come.
